We honour the purchase price of our experiences for 18 months. If you book your experience after this time and the price of the experience increases you can either pay the difference or exchange it for another experience free of charge.

What if the experience I want to purchase is more than my voucher?

If your chosen experience is more than the value of your Collection Voucher, you can choose to contribute the additional cost to cover the different at checkout.
