This cooking class is a self contained introduction to everything that you want to know about getting started in Thai cooking! You will see, touch, and smell the fresh ingredients for the class as the chef tells you specific details about Asian vegetables and spices, how to identify them and how to get the most out of them.

You will then examine the grocery items from a typical Asian supermarket so you can find out where everything is and what it all means the next time you go shopping. The chef demonstrates the courses to be cooked, and answers any questions. The students then break into small groups to prepare the meal under the guidance of the chef.

When all is ready, you will sit down and eat at a large single set table with your cooking class colleagues.

Numbers on the Day

This class runs with a maximum of 16 people. During the class you will usually be cooking in pairs. A minimum of 10 people are required to run each class. Participants will be contacted prior to the class date to reschedule if minimum numbers have not been reached.

This experience does not have provision for spectators.
