Admire the incredible Lakes Entrance region from above during this 12 minute helicopter flight. Situated in East Gippsland, Lakes Entrance is renowned for its impressive network of inland waterways and pristine beaches. After a safety briefing, you will board the helicopter and head south towards the Entrance and along Ninety Mile beach. Stretching as far as the eye can see, this endless paradise is home to pristine golden sands and brilliant blue waters. Continue past Lake Tyers beach and Red Bluff before turning around over the sandbar and back towards the airfield.

Session Length

  • The flight time is approximately 12 minutes
  • Please allow 30 minutes for the duration of the experience including a safety briefing

Guidelines

  • The maximum weight limit is 130kg per passenger
  • Children under the age of three are classified as infants and may be carried on the lap of an adult free of charge (limited to one infant per flight)
  • A camera, video equipment or smart phones can be used

Cancellation

Once this experience has been confirmed, changes are at the discretion of the experience provider and arranged directly with them according to this policy:

  • A minimum of 48 hours notice is required for any changes made to the booking

Numbers on the Day

A minimum of two participants are required for the flight to proceed.

Spectators

Flight departures and arrivals may be viewed from the ground at the airfield. All spectators are to remain behind signed safety fences.

Weather

If at the time of departure, the Pilot In Command deems the flight cannot proceed due to bad weather conditions and thus raising safety concerns, the flight will be cancelled and they will work with you to reschedule to a suitable time.
