• This experience is 45 minutes in duration including the safety briefing
• The flight portion of this experience is 20 minutes in duration
• Available daily at select times
• Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the experience start

• Maximum wight of 115 kilograms per passenger, maximum combined passenger limit of 150 kilograms
• Children under two must sit on a guardian's lap
• If you book two seats and a third isn’t sold, you’ll need to pay for the third seat on the day
• If your experience is cancelled due to weather, it will be rescheduled free of charge
• Participants should have the mobility and physical strength to board a helicopter unassisted

• Change your booking up to 21 days before the start time of your experience
• Changes are not permitted within 21 days of your experience
• Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience
• Cancellations within 21 days will incur a fee

Minimum of three participants for the experience to commence.

In the event of rain or inclement weather your experience will still go ahead unless contacted by the experience provider.

Please wear clothing suitable to weather conditions on the day along with closed toe shoes. Please bring sun protection including a hat, sunscreen and sunglasses.
