Discover the only place in the world where two World Heritage-listed sites exist side-by-side during this magnificent helicopter flight. Departing Cairns, your pilot will take you over the Great Barrier Reef's sensational colour palette of green and blue and some of its most scenic sights like Green Island, Arlington Reef, Vlasoff Cay and Upolu Cay. Keep your eyes peeled for manta rays, turtles and other marine animals lingering in the reef below as you fly above.
You'll then cross back over the coast near Double Island and Palm Cove before ascending the coastal rainforest-clad mountains into the heart of the Barron Gorge National Park. Spot the Barron River and the quaint rainforest village of Kuranda immersed in the rainforest below, and from the top of the gorge you will descend over the mighty Barron Falls. Continue following the river as it flows from the gorge towards the ocean, before heading back to Cairns.
Individual passenger weights and accompanying carry-on luggage must be advised at time of booking. Weight variances greater than 10% may incur an additional fee. Maximum single seat payload of 130kg. For passenger comfort and aircraft weight and balance, passengers exceeding 130kg are required to purchase an additional seat at 50% of the ticket price.
A minimum of two passengers is required to confirm the booking. The price quoted is for one participant.
