• This experience is one hour in duration
• Flight duration is a minimum of 30 minutes
• Please arrive 20 minutes prior to flight departure
• Available seven days a week, every two hours between 9am and 3pm

• Vlasoff Cay landings are subject to weather and tides, on the rare occasion when this stopover is not possible, an extended scenic journey over the outer reef will be substituted
• All conditions applicable will be discussed and confirmed with participants prior to departure
• Itinerary amendments and flight extensions may apply at the discretion of the experience provider
• Participants must be 18 years and over to consume alcohol, photo ID may be required
• Seatbelts must be worn at all times during the flight
• Expectant mothers may fly at their own discretion
• A maximum of one infant is permitted to travel in the aircraft
• Children aged three to 13 years old must be accompanied by an adult
• All participants over the age of three are legally required to have their own seat
• Carry on luggage weight must be advised at the time of booking
• Maximum luggage weight 20kg per participant
• Excess baggage may be stored at the service provider's office
• Full size prams or capsules and child seats cannot be accommodated onboard
• All participants must advise their weight in kg at the time of booking
• This experience includes a mandatory safety briefing for all participants prior to departure
• Optional personalised inflight video available to purchase on the day
• Pick ups and drop offs for Cairns City, Palm Cove, and Northern Beaches can be arranged through the service provider at an additional cost

• Change your booking up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience
• Changes are not permitted within 48 hours of your experience
• Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience

In the event of rain or inclement weather your experience will still go ahead unless contacted by the experience provider.
