Situated on the edge of a billabong in the Litchfield region, Top End Safari Camp offers a host of quintessential Top End activities, making it a mecca for keen adventurers. After a transfer from Darwin city, take to the skies and marvel at the unique floodplains during a breath-taking scenic flight. Spot crocodiles, birds and buffalo on the banks of the river during a thrilling airboat ride through the channels and into the rainforest, then take it down a notch as you gently cruise along Sweets Lagoon whilst tucking into a gourmet BBQ meal. Finish off an afternoon of exciting activities with a crocodile feeding and exhibition with rescue monster crocodiles, caught by Matt Wright himself.

Session Length

Please allow seven hours for this experience, including transfers (transfers are 1.5 hours each way)
Pick ups from Darwin city commence at 6.20am. Self-drivers must arrive by 8.20am

Restrictions

Safety Requirements Pregnant women are not advised to travel after 34 weeks. If under 34 weeks' it is still recommended you seek medical and clearance from your doctor. For legal and safety reasons, all passengers are weighed prior to Top End Safari Camp’s scheduled tour departures. All helicopter flights are subject to the aircraft operating within its weight and balance/performance limitations as specified in the aircraft flight manual and the Company Operations Manual. Accurate individual passenger weights MUST be provided at the time of booking. Failure to provide accurate weights may result in the passenger(s) being unable to complete the scenic helicopter flight and airboat ride. This is all based on safety regulations which will never be compromised. Top End Safari Camp will take no responsibility for any costs associated with the passenger(s) being unable to complete the full tour if inaccurate weights are provided. Individual weight limitation of 130kg, please provide your weight at time of booking
Guests with pre-existing medical conditions are advised to seek a doctor's clearance before travel

Cancellation

Change your booking up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience
Changes are not permitted within 48 hours of your experience
Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience

Weather

Top End Safari Camp reserves the right to cancel tours due to inclement weather (defined as precipitation greater than a drizzle, wind and swell conditions). In the event a tour is cancelled, you will be rebooked onto an alternative tour of your choice will be provided.

Dress Code

Please bring a hat, camera, water bottle, bathers and a towel.
