Session Length
- This experience includes a 50 minute return flight, 5 minute briefing session prior to flying and minimum 2 hours at the winery
- You need to arrive 15 minutes before the flight time
- The winery lunches available every day of the week.

Many factors such as wind, visibility, and rain can prohibit a safe and enjoyable flight. The supplier reserves the right to postpone flights, at the discretion of the pilot, on the day where the forecast and conditions do not permit safe and enjoyable flying operations.
Guidelines
- Maximum passenger weight for shared flights is 100kg. Maximum passenger weight for private flights is 125kg. Maximum combined passenger weight for 2 people in shared flights is 200kg
- Children aged 3 - 13 are welcome along with an adult. This experience isn't suitable for infants
- Participants must be 18 years and older to consume alcohol; ID may be required
- Passengers with physical and/or mental disabilities must book on private flights and be accompanied by a carer in and around the helicopter
- Participants who arrive on the day of their experience and do not adhere to these guidelines will forfeit their experience
- The experience provider reserves the right to substitute aircraft without notice
- The supplier may need to shift flight times to match up shared passengers to create a full flight
- Participants are advised to make their own insurance provisions in case of unforeseen circumstances
Due to current safety requirements for the airport please note these conditions for participation:
- Photo identification is required on the day and must match the name(s) on the booking confirmation
- Only participants and their guests are permitted in the lounges or hangar facilities. If bringing along family and friends, they'll be able to watch take off and landing from designated viewing areas
Cancellation
Once this experience has been confirmed, changes are at the discretion of the experience provider and arranged directly with them according to this policy:
Rescheduling
- Over 2 weeks prior to the experience date: No charge
- 48 hours to up to 2 weeks prior to the experience date: $50 per person participant fee to change the experience date and time
- Within 48 hours of the experience date, No Shows and Late Arrivals: Participants forfeit their experience and therefore are not entitled to a refund or to re-book
Numbers on the Day
This flight runs with up to five passengers and crew. Shared flights must be full to go ahead.
