Flight durations are accurate within a couple of minutes and reflect the approximate time spent in the air. Please note that variations may occur due to air traffic or operational requirements.
Experience time includes your safety briefing, time for photos, aircraft start-up, and shut-down procedures. This means your total experience may be longer than just the airborne portion.
Everything must remain within the helicopter frame. Recommend wrist or neck-straps for camera/video equipment. Nothing is to be dropped from the helicopter.
All cancellations must be in writing and addressed to V2 Helicopters. There are no cancellations available for flights that have been postponed or rebooked from a postponed flight. The following fees will be payable by the Client for Flights cancelled by the Client depending on notice given to V2 helicopters:
Occasionally, Mother Nature doesn’t play nice. To keep our customers safe and comfortable, we may have to cancel some flights from time to time. While we strive to provide as much notice as possible, weather conditions can be unpredictable and are often only confirmed closer to the flight date.
Comfortable casual clothing with enclosed shoes. Cap, sunglasses, and sunscreen recommended. Ensure no loose-fitting articles are worn or carried. You may also want to tie long hair back.
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to departure time. No shows or arriving late, after departure time will see customers forfeit their tickets with no refund or re-book.
