Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the experience start
The experience provider will confirm the exact hotel pickup time

Guidelines

Children 11 years old or younger must be accompanied by a paying adult
The flight path is subject to change based on daily conditions
Hotel pick up will commence 20 minutes prior to the experience start
Participants weighing 125 kilograms or more will have to pay a surcharge
Participants must disclose any relevant medical conditions at the time of booking

Cancellation

Change your booking up to 24 hours before the start time of your experience
Changes are not permitted within 24 hours of your experience
Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience

We had the best time flying over the most iconic rock in the world Uluru you did not disapoint. Our pilot was amazing and was full of knowledge of the area and people. We highly recommend this adventure. Just wish it was longer.

Very disappointed,flew to Uluru,was expecting to fly around the rock,but did not just flew along 1 side of rock and then back to helicopter base,also could not hear what pilot was saying.

Bucket list helicopter ride

Missed out on this bucket list experience. And I won’t be back to be able to fulfil Why is because I was put into the back middle seat no bigger than a small car seat, with a pillar in front of me ruler width and two larger people either side of me. I could not move or see anything. This is now a missed experience I will never get back. The company is refunding my money, but what upset me they said others have complained, then why continue to do this. You don’t get it it’s very disappointing when you are so looking forward to this.
