Guidelines

Passengers aged between five and 12 years old must travel with a parent or guardian
Advise of any relevant medical conditions at the time of booking so the experience provider may accommodate you
Maximum passenger weight for three people is 270kg (maximum of 110kg per seat)
If a third participant is included, please call or email the operator advising of the third participants weight
Once your time is secured, this operator does not allow refunds

Cancellation

Change your booking up to 24 hours before the start time of your experience with a fee of $55
Changes are not permitted within 24 hours of your experience
Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience
$55 cancellation fee if passenger doesn't want a reschedule, even if a flight is cancelled due to the weather

Maximum of three participants with a total weight limit of 270kg.

In the event of rain or inclement weather, your experience will still go ahead unless contacted by the experience provider.

Dress Code

Please wear comfortable clothing suitable to the weather on the day, sensible, enclosed footwear and sunglasses, and bring a camera and/or video camera.

Sydney Harbour Scenic Helicopter Flight

We had an incredible experience from start to finish with HTT. The entire journey began with a simple phone call to book a 30-minute scenic helicopter flight, and the professionalism was evident right away. The receptionist was warm, welcoming, and ensured all booking details were clearly confirmed. A special mention to Pilot Jamie, who was exceptionally friendly and highly professional. He stayed in touch with us throughout, kept us updated about weather conditions, and was very accommodating in helping us reschedule twice due to unfavorable weather. The helicopter ride over Sydney City was absolutely breathtaking—truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience.
