You get to visit two of the most popular rainforest regions in this one tour. Visit World Heritage listed rainforest, waterfalls, glow worm caves as well as chance to explore Queensland's best arts and craft district. Enjoy a great drive through the Numinbah Valley with stunning mountain views.
This tour takes you into both the rainforests of Springbrook and Tamborine National Parks. You will see two beautiful waterfalls set in a natural sub-tropical rainforest. Take your time as you walk through the filtered light of the Springbrook National Park rainforest walk surrounded by the towering rainforest trees with their tangle of vines, moss covered trees and enjoy that rich earthy smell of the forest. A chance to spot the forest wildlife including the shy pademelons (rainforest wallabies), brush turkeys, goanna and water dragons. Sit back as you take a scenic drive through the towering escarpments of Numinbah Valley overlooking the quaint farms and villages of the Valley.
You will then marvel at the unique Natural Bridge with the waterfall plunging into the cave below. Mount Tamborine brings a break to explore the Tamborine Village 'Gallery Walk'. This is the arts and craft district where you will also find micro-breweries, cheese factories and boutique vineyards. Head to a winery and enjoy a restaurant lunch overlooking the vineyards. Your afternoon then includes a guided tour of the award winning Glow Worm caves at Cedar Creek, a truly unique and memorable experience. Finish your day with a rainforest walk to Curtis Falls, then a 50 minute drive will have you back in Brisbane late afternoon.
