Went too fast! Walking Tour of Canberra

This walking tour was a gift from my son and family, and I absolutely loved it. I had no idea just how many extraordinary women have played such influential roles in Canberra’s and Australia’s history. The tour was engaging, informative, and eye opening, bringing to life stories that are too often overlooked. It left me feeling inspired, but also aware of just how much catching up there still is to do. We clearly need more recognition, more statues, and more visible acknowledgment of women’s contributions to our history. A wonderful experience that made me see Canberra differently and one I would highly recommend to locals and visitors alike.
