This tour gives you an insight into the tradition of beer brewing in Australia, the art of brewing, and a birds eye view of the plant's state of the art technology. Explore the historic Abbotsford site, rich in over 100 years of brewing history and discover the sheer scale of this iconic facility on the banks of the Yarra River. Of course, a brewery tour wouldn't be complete without some complimentary tastings of fresh, cold beer afterwards, so at the conclusion of your tour, you will return to the brewhouse to sample your favourite brewery fresh beers, and, if you're keen, enjoy a meal and some live music or sport.

Important information

  • This experience is 90 minutes in duration
  • Available from Wednesday to Friday at 11:30am and 1pm and on Saturday at 1pm only
  • Not available on public holidays and Father's Day
  • Participants must be 18 years and over as this experience involves alcohol; photo ID may be required
  • Participants are not permitted to consume any alcohol prior to the tour
  • Walking and climbing of stairs is required and there is no wheelchair access on the tour
  • This is a genuine working brewery and production schedules vary, as such, the provider cannot guarantee that all areas of the brewery will be in operation on the day of your tour
  • Please note that the bottling line does not usually operate on Fridays and Saturdays
  • Change your booking up to 24 hours before the start time of your experience
  • Changes are not permitted within 24 hours of your experience
  • Late arrivals or no-shows may result in you forfeiting your experience

Guests are required to wear enclosed shoes.
