Delta, our friendly and knowledgeable guide had so much to share throughout the experience. As we walked, we spotted wildlife, the fruits of the Sandpaper Fig beginning to grow and crushed leaves from trees like Cinnamon Myrtle, learning about their properties and uses in the kitchen. We tasted a variety of bushtucker, with salty and sour flavours, all beautifully set up for us to try. This is seriously an experience that everyone can enjoy, loved it!
