This experience is approximately nine hours in duration.

• Lunch served is vegetarian friendly and can accommodate most dietary requirements
• All guests must be able to swim
• Moderate fitness recommended for hiking and paddle boarding at a leisurely pace
• Standup paddle boarding experience not required
• Participants must be 8 years and overs (under 18s must be accompanied by an adult)
• If unsure about suitability, contact the experience provider for guidance
• Tours run in warmer months; weather may alter activities
• If paddling isn't possible, alternative activities like hiking or biking will be offered

• Change your booking up to 7 days before the start time of your experience
• Changes are not permitted within 7 days of your experience
• Late arrivals or no-shows may result in you forfeiting your experience

Minimum of four and a maximum of nine participants.

If a tour is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, you'll be offered an alternative date or a full refund.

Please bring a hat, swimwear, sunglasses, camera and enclosed shoes for hiking or water activities (sandals/flip flops also fine). Dress for the weather and activities, with a change of clothes, warm layers and a rain jacket. Dry bags will be available for small personal items during SUP.
