The Optus Stadium 90‑Minute Guided Tour recently met the criteria and I had the opportunity to join the tour for its final assessment. I’m pleased to share that the experience not only met our expectations - it exceeded them. From the outset, the tour is polished, professional and deeply engaging. As you step inside Australia’s most state‑of‑the‑art sporting venue, the passion and knowledge of the guiding team becomes immediately apparent. Guests are taken through the stadium’s inner sanctum, including the players change rooms and premium hospitality suites. This provided rare access to areas normally reserved for sporting and entertainment royalty. If the playing surface is not in use (which it wasnt on this day) we had the opportunity to stand on the run‑off area of the field of play, seeing the stadium from a player’s perspective. The tour also beautifully showcases Western Australia’s sporting history through curated memorabilia displays while concluding with spectacular views over the Swan River, Matagarup Bridge and the Perth skyline. Every moment feels thoughtfully structured, informative and enjoyable. The experience balances behind‑the‑scenes access with storytelling that brings the stadium’s architecture, design and event history to life.
