Entrée

  • Duck broth with julienne vegetables and slivers of roast duck
  • Roast vegetable tart with brie cheese, onion jam, artichoke puree and balsamic reduction
  • Potato spun prawns with pickled gazpacho, snow pea shoots and rocket salad
  • Smoked Chicken and semidried tomato arancini, olive tapenade and parmesan crisp

Main Course

  • Porterhouse steak grilled with potato gratin, green beans, mushroom and Sauce chasseur
  • Roulade of chicken with beetroot mash, sweet potato, asparagus and sorrel veloute
  • White wine poached Rainbow trout with dill potato, wilted spinach, snow peas, fine herb oil
  • Slow cooked lamb shanks with crunchy potato, cassoulet of beans and chorizo
  • Ricotta and spinach tortellini with burnt butter, sage, olive, caper and napolitana sauce
