Watch the world's largest little penguin colony waddle ashore on their daily parade at Phillip Island's Penguin Parade. At sunset, experience the magic of watching these adorable seabirds make their journey from the ocean and into their burrows for the night from the viewing platforms and boardwalks overlooking Summerland Beach. The phenomena is truly magical and unforgettable!

Session Length

This experience is available all year round. Depending on the season and the weather, the penguins arrive shortly before sunset. We recommend getting to the penguin parade one hour prior to penguin arrival.

Change your booking up to 7 days before the start time of your experience

This experience takes place in all weather conditions.

Dress Code

Casual and comfortable warm clothing is recommended. Please dress appropriately for the weather on the day and bring something warm to wear as it can get quite cool in the evening.

Experiences themselves were great!!

The experiences themselves were amazing! However purchasing this pass from red balloon was very confusing, there was no information in regard to how many days you had to visit the experiences from time of activation. And what to choose for date/time of use (which later found out is mainly for the penguins as that needs to be booked). Activation itself took about 1hr

Philip Island 3 park pass- perfect

The 3 park pass was a great feature of our two day trip. The 3 parks can definatel be completed comfortably in one day. Recommend reserching the times of shows at churchill farm before selecting which time of the day to attend. Thanks

Definitely a childhood highlight, remember going myself as a child, this time took my two boys 5 & 7. Definitely get there early, take plenty of snacks while you wait.
