Enchanted Adventure Family Admission & Picnic Package

Open 7 days (Closed Christmas Day) from 9am to 5pm in September to April and 10am to 5pm in May to August. General Admission allows you all-day access to the on-ground activities across the park. A minimum of 2 - 3 hours is recommended to experience all of them.

Children as young as 3 years old can ride the Tube Slides, however, children 5 years and under are asked to ride alongside parents in a double tube. Children under 135cm that wish to ride alone can ride the Kids Nippers Slide. The Sky Scramble activity has a height restriction of 135cm. Only persons under this height are permitted on the Sky Scramble. Please note that unfortunately the Family Picnic does not have any dietary variations available at this time.

• Children under 18 must be accompanied by a ticket-holding adult
• Adults (18+) must supervise children at all times whilst in the park
• Enchanted Adventure has naturally sloping terrain; some areas may be slippery
• Wear appropriate footwear that provides grip on uneven surfaces
• Vouchers are not redeemable on Public Holidays
• Please note that there is a blockout period during the peak summer season. Vouchers will not be able to be redeemed for those particular dates. The blockout period will be from 25th December 2025 until 5th January 2026.

• Change your booking up to 36 hours before the start time of your experience
• Changes or cancellations are not permitted within 36 hours of your experience
• Late arrivals or no-shows may result in you forfeiting your experience

This voucher/experience is valid for two adults and two children (ages 3 to 17 years).

Spectators are welcome to attend on the day with a valid General Admission ticket to Enchanted Adventure.

This experience runs in all weather conditions.

We recommend wearing comfortable footwear for plenty of walking as the park is built on naturally sloping terrain and is on 25 acres of land. Please bring a jacket and any other appropriate clothing if rain is predicted.

Please note that vouchers are not redeemable for Public Holidays. Please note that unfortunately the Family Picnic does not have any dietary variations available at this time. The picnic basket and blanket are strictly on loan to the guests for the duration of their visit and are to be returned to the Balcony Cafe prior to departure. Please note that there is a blockout period during the peak summer season. Vouchers will not be able to be redeemed for those particular dates.
