• This experience is not suitable for people who are pregnant • Children must be above the age of 6 years old

Guidelines

• Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult
• Minimum fitness level required - passengers must be able to climb into the basket and stand for roughly one hour
• Please inform the provider of any existing medical conditions before the flight e.g. back problems
• Once confirmed, you will receive flight details and confirmation from the provider, it is your responsibility to follow this up if it is not received

Cancellation

• Picture This Ballooning should be notified by telephone 0456 713 732 or email info@picturethisballooning.com.auof any cancellation requests.
• Please note upon booking that all ticket costs include a non-refundable administration fee of at least $25 per person - this fee is subject to alteration at our discretion
• A cancellation fee of $50 per ticket will apply.
• Bookings cancelled within 7 days of a flight departure cannot be refunded.
• Within 48 hours of the flight departure - No changes or refunds are permitted. We recommend that passengers arrange their own insurance provisions in case of unforeseen circumstances including being unable to fly due to illness.
• No Show: Under no circumstances will flights be refunded or rescheduled if passengers cancel or do not turn up on the morning of the scheduled flight. You will not be eligible for any refund in part or in full, and may not reschedule your booking to another date.

Weather

The temperature in the balloon is the same as on the ground and you move with the breeze (there is no wind chill factor). As ballooning is a weather dependent activity you will need to check meeting time and weather conditions. The exact meeting time WILL NOT be the time on your booking confirmation, please DO NOT rely on this time. The exact meeting time will be explained by your pilot on the recorded message after 6:30pm on the evening before your flight: please call 0456 713 732. You will receive an email 2 days before your flight with details of how to access the recorded message. If you have not received an email by 2 days before your flight, please send an email to info@picturethisballooning.com.au. Please note that if you do not show up for any reason or you miss your flight due to arriving late, your flight will be forfeited.

Dress Code

Hat, sunglasses and sunscreen, outdoor clothes recommended (avoid whites), and Solid shoes as the ground is often covered with dew in the early morning
