Important information

Session Length

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to start
Please allow four hours for this experience
Available on selected weekends
Session lengths are an indication only of the time you will be at the venue. You should allow three hours to complete your experience. This may be extended due to rain or change in track conditions.

Guidelines

You need to be 18 and hold your P-plate license at a minimum
There is a maximum weight of 130 kg and a height restriction of 194 cm
You must hold a current driver's license (minimum P plate)
You will be required to show your license on the day
Please note there is an excess paid to the experience provider in the event of any damage caused to the car
Participants will be required to sign an indemnity and in the event of an accident will be liable to cover the first $5000 towards the repair costs of the car
Your briefing will be held in a group of approximately 20-25 people
All participants must be drug and alcohol free
You must have a 0.00% blood alcohol reading on the day
The experience provider reserves the right to stop the car or refuse anyone found to be driving or acting in an unsafe manner.

Cancellation

This experience is NON-REFUNDABLE
No refunds will be offered on any purchased booked experiences, experience vouchers or gift cards. However, vouchers, bookings and gift cards are transferrable – in the case of transfers, the original purchaser must provide notification of who the voucher, booking or gift card will be given to before the booking, voucher or gift card expires.

Weather

Fastrack Experiences are subject to weather conditions. Rain or extreme heat will cause delays and may result in the cancellation of the event. It is strongly recommended that you contact the Weather Check Phone (0412 018 035) for track and weather conditions prior to leaving home. The message is updated at 7 am on the day of the event. If you are not able to participate on the day due to inclement weather, you should reschedule on the day at the track Reception to avoid incurring a rebooking fee; this is only available to participants that are in attendance on the day.

Dress Code

* The event regulations require drivers to be wearing long sleeve shirts and long trousers. * Compulsory Driving Apparel - Long Sleeves * Wear narrow enclosed shoes (not boots or heals), otherwise change into the shoes we provide.

Ferrari drive

It was great experience especially feeling the power of the car. Would like to have been able to get too a higher speed then that allowed.

Sandown Super Car Drive

The opportunity to drive a super car at Sandown Raceway was an awesome experience. Driving around the track, you can truly appreciate the Engineering that goes into these vehicles, why they are so expensive and only available to the rich and famous. Fastrack provides an opportunity to all to have a drive experience, enjoy and appreciate them. Opportunities to improve the experience is to vet the people that have booked their super car drive and understand their driving capabilities. I have racing experience and completed many driving courses and to have the steering wheel grabbed by the instructor was a sour note. I drove the Lamborghini and the instructor, Benny, was awesome and the experience was 11 out of 10. I just loved it and di not want to stop after my 4 laps. However, when I got into the Ferrari, Richard the instructor was more cautious and grabbed the steering wheel, even though I was centre of the cones. The best way to describe the opportunity for improvement to Fastrack, if the person knows how to drive, give them a Benny instructor, just awesome. If a person is new to the racetrack, give them a Richard instructor, as he has the temperament and expertise to assist the driver not knowing race tracks and driving lines coming into corners. Otherwise I would have give a 5 Star rating.
