It was a wonderful experience. The trained consultant was ever mindful of my needs, from the massage pressure to the room temperature. The room was relaxing with nice music. The massage was bliss, and the facial was perfect. I have super sensitive skin and the consultant took all that into account when deciding what products to use. 24 hours later I have had no issues or reactions to the facial. Definitely left there feeling refreshed and relaxed and thinking I will definitely be doing this again soon. ★★★★★ ★★★★★ Wouldn’t recommend Ella Bache Bondi Junction Hannah 29 April 2024 I wouldn’t recommend Ella Bache at Bondi Junction! I haven’t been to the other venues, but the one at Bondi wasn’t enjoyable. The treatment started off with a massage, which was less than good. She pressed very hard (although I told her to be a bit more gentle), and she massaged just my bac for 30 minutes. No arms or legs or any other areas of my body. After the massage, I had a facial, which was the worst part. Firstly, she exfoliated my skin so badly that I now have skin peeling off. Then she roughly applied a liquid face mask and got most of it in my nose, which I had to quickly tell her about as it blocked one of my nostrils and affected my breathing. Then, she got it in my hair line and in my ears. And lastly, when she was removed the eye pads, she rubbed it into my eyes so bad, that when I opened my eyes, they started to sting and made my vision blurry. Overall, a horrible experience and for that reason I wouldn’t recommend the Bondi junction venue to anyone. Keerat null 1 May 2024
