It is not. While the food was lovely the service received was lack luster. The waiter was polite, but a "terse" polite making me feel quite uncomfortable, like I had asked him to give me the world when asking him to do his job. There was no follow up service from the waiters and we had to flag someone over each and every time we needed assistance. The whole experience was disappointing and nothing special at all. ★★★★★ ★★★★★ Sparkling, champagne disappointment GB 29 September 2025 Was told that we’ll get a free drink for our wedding anniversary celebration and it was meant to be sparkling wine , but the staff offered us champagne when we got there, I thought that was the free drink they told us that we’re getting. Turns out if we got champagne it will costs extra $40. I modified the reservation as I wanted to put celebrating wedding anniversary , but after I did that the reservation changed from sparkling wine to champagne even I didn’t changed that part… told both the restaurant and red balloon about this matter but they can’t do anything about it. Not even trying to compensate it. I’m disappointed with the staff they didn’t say anything and just brought champagne and offer it to us. Also disappointed of red balloon as I asked them lots of times thru email , even mentioned that the booking was different when I tried to put wedding anniversary on it. They didn’t say anything and I assumed that it will be all good and nothing to worry about it. Both red balloon and Windsor restaurant staff are disappointing.
