Where possible, please notify the experience provider prior to the jump date of any existing medical conditions or illness. Medical conditions which could affect the customer's safety should be discussed with a doctor to ensure customers are fit to skydive

• No experience is required
• You must be at least 16 years of age (those 16-18 years require parent/guardian consent)
• You should have a basic level of fitness
• For safety reasons, the experience provider needs to be advised if you weigh greater than 94kg.Every customer is weighed as part of the check in procedure, and surcharges will occur and are payable on the day. 94kg - 104kgs = $55.00 AUD. 105kg - 114kgs = $80.00 AUD. 115kgs and over = $105.00 AUD
• Customers weighing over 105kgs, will require an additional assessment by our Drop Zone Safety Officer or Tandem Master due to restrictions to the harness size, weather conditions and safety reasons
• Note that weight cut-off limits apply and vary by drop zone and by day. At most drop zones, the maximum limit is 110-115kgs. Customers weighing over 110kgs may be able to jump however this is subject to availability of qualified tandem masters and which drop zone they wish to jump at

• Change your booking up to 24 hours before the start time of your experience
• Changes are not permitted within 24 hours of your experience
• Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience

This experience is affected by the weather. In the case of poor weather conditions, we will either delay your jump or it may be necessary to cancel your skydive and reschedule for a later date. Rain, wind and cloud are factors that can delay skydiving.

Comfortable clothing suitable to the weather. Comfortable, flat, closed in shoes no boots or high heels
