Staff were exceptionally friendly. There are plenty of areas to enjoy a picnic. I highly recommend this trip for young and old.
★★★★★ ★★★★★ Cable Car Ride Mornigton Peninsula Matthew 23 May 2021 This was one of the worst experiences I have had in a long time. We pre booked our time of 1pm. Arrived at 12.30 and advised our return trip was to start in a long que. We waited for just over one hour in the que and were in the last 10 to board when we were told that at the top of the lookout we would have to disembark our return trip and line up again to come back down. How ridiculous! the 25 minute return trip would have turned into a 2.5 hour wait. I immediately complained and the staff agreed but their hands were tied. I asked for my money back and they obliged. So we only wasted one hour and 10 minutes. Overall a bad experience

Staff were welcoming but professional & recommended the circuit walk which we did after enjoying a coffee and cake. The walk and park area was well defined with plenty of signage but the views were fantastic. I was last on this chairlift many decades ago and was pleasantly surprised by how it has evolved over the years.

I'd recommend starting at the bottom and taking the ride up before spending a good amount of time exploring the park and taking in the amazing views of the bay (bring a camera!). The hotel at the summit puts on a great lunch as well.

I highly recommend starting from the bottom of the cable car ride in Dromana and taking the lift up to the top. At the top there are more things to do such as walking trails (with amazing views) and the adventure park. Overall, such a good experience and I highly recommend.
