Bad points - skin analysis seem to consist of asking me what I thought of my skin. The facial package includes the choice of a hand or foot massage but I had to firmly request a foot massage as initially only a hand massage was offered. Lots of exfoliant was left between each toe and feet not cleaned properly. Junior staff who didn't seem to use products that well and didn't clean skin properly. Left with a very sticky face. ★★★★★ ★★★★★ 45 minutes only Nicole 8 November 2025 The experience is advertised on Red Balloon as 60 minutes but when I arrived I was advised by the beauty therapist the signature facial was only 45 minutes. Given it was booked through Red Balloon there wasn’t much I could do at the time. Was also not given the option for foot exfoliation as advertised here. I called Red Balloon following and they are not able to do anything refund wise until they get confirmation from Ella Bache about the service… Disappointing from Red Ballon because looking at these reviews now, it seems lots of people have had this experience with Ella Bache (I should have checked the reviews first!) and they haven’t taken any action to look into this and fix their advertising. The actual facial was lovely although felt more like a massage. It ended ten minutes early when she proceeded to tell me about her family and show me photos of her son.
