The five wines were poured quickly with little engagement or passion, and there was no effort to get to know us or share anything about the wines. It felt more like a process to get through than an experience. Restaurant The restaurant service was excellent. Our waitress was warm, attentive, and genuinely engaging. When one of the meals wasn’t quite right, she immediately offered a substitute, which we really appreciated. Her service was the highlight of our visit. Food The food itself was underwhelming. The pizza lacked flavour, with a flat, doughy base, and the sharing platter was quite bland. With such lovely service, the food felt like a missed opportunity. Overall Wonderful restaurant staff, but the wine‑tasting and food didn’t meet expectations. With more passion in the tasting room and improvements to the menu, this could be a great destination.
