This one hour workshop will introduce you to proven practices which when applied, reduce stress immediately, providing higher work outcomes and personal fulfilment. Learn the physical, emotional and mental benefits of these calming techniques from an inspiring presenter and practising teacher. The experience begins with a 45 minute interactive presentation followed by 15 minutes of question time.
