Booking times vary, please check the calendar
Please arrive 15 minutes early to ensure all forms are completed before your session time starts
This experience is two hours in duration (60 min sauna session and 60 min massage)

Guidelines

Pregnant women should avoid infrared sauna and massage treatments
Individuals with unstable heart conditions or severe hypertension are contraindicated
Avoid treatments if you have a fever or infections
Recent surgery or injuries are contraindications due to potential healing interference
Open wounds, burns, or skin infections can be worsened by these treatments
Severe varicose veins may be aggravated by massage
Bleeding disorders or blood thinning medications increase bleeding risks
Chronic health issues like multiple sclerosis or lupus require caution
These treatments are restricted to individuals aged 18 and over
The operator will accept rescheduling free of charge if there is more than 48 hours notice given. If any less notice is given, the experience provider reserves the right to forfeit the $70 holding deposit taken from the amount of the voucher.

Change your booking up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience
Changes are not permitted within 48 hours of your experience
Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience

Spectators

Spectators can wait inside the waiting lounge or at the Midnight Bar next door.

Dress Code

Please dress in loose, comfortable clothing that is easy to remove and put on. Swimwear can be worn in the sauna. There are shower facilities with towels and robes available.

Excellent Sauna Experience, Satisfactory Massage

The infrared sauna experience was incredibly relaxing and a real highlight. Having the sauna and shower to yourself for a full hour felt luxurious and private, and it set a wonderful tone for the appointment. The massage, however, didn’t fully meet my expectations. I had noted on my consultation form that I wanted to focus on a specific area, which wasn’t addressed. Another area did need attention (which the therapist noticed), so I didn’t raise it during the session. A brief check-in at the start to confirm focus areas and preferred pressure would have helped ensure we were aligned. At the end of the treatment, I was invited to leave a Google review and hear about additional services. While I understand the value of collecting feedback and suggesting services tailored to each client, I felt somewhat pressured and would have valued a few quiet moments to enjoy the tea and unwind before talking about reviews or future bookings. Overall, I would still recommend the sauna component for a relaxing and private experience.
