The perfect family day outing or celebration with friends, ideal for locals and sightseers alike. With plenty of iconic landmarks to spot along the way. Bring your own picnic and get set for an immersive couple of hours on the water.

Start your journey with a quick safety briefing and demonstration. Building your confidence and allowing you to take control of the vessel with ease. All with no licence or prior experience needed. Next, go beyond the National Carillon, High Court, Parliament House, and the National Library as you cruise across the waterways. Reaching as far as the National Museum past the Commonwealth Avenue Bridge. Take in all the sights as you enjoy precious time together.

Session Length

This experience is two hours in duration
Please arrive 15 minutes early for a safety briefing and demonstration
Open seven days a week, 9am to 5.30pm, excluding Christmas Day

Guidelines

This is a self drive, self catered experience. No food or beverage is included
Security bond of $200 is required, taken as a pre authorisation from a valid debit card, cancelled once the boat is returned without damage
Minimum age of 18 years and over to skipper the boat
All ages welcome as passengers
Valid photo ID must be provided, preferably belonging to the participant who made the booking
Participants who are not driving, and who are 18 years and over, may consume up to two alcoholic beverages
Skipper must maintain a 0.00 BAC at all times
Fishing is not permitted
Participants must remain on the water for the duration of their experience, no docking at alternative locations allowed
Opening hours may vary depending on season and weather, bookings are essential
There is no ramp onto the boat for wheelchairs or strollers, and a step down is required
Dogs permitted
$20 surcharge applies on weekends and public holidays

Cancellation

Change your booking up to 72 hours before the start time of your experience
Changes are not permitted within 72 hours of your experience
Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience

Numbers on the Day

Maximum of eight participants, including children and infants of any age.

Weather

In the event of rain or inclement weather, your experience will still go ahead unless contacted by the experience provider.

Dress Code

Please wear weather appropriate clothing, sunglasses and a sunhat, or a raincoat if needed. BYO picnic supplies, food and beverages.
