Take to the trees for up to 2.5 hours of climbing fun! With four different levels to navigate, the course gradually gets more difficult as your skill and confidence grows! Your expert instructor will guide you through the course, so that you can climb, jump and swing through the tree tops.

This experience is part of the Responsible range because they are ECO-certified by Ecotourism Australia.

Guidelines

A booking confirmation will be sent by the supplier once your booking is confirmed. If you do not receive this, please contact us
Individuals with pregnancy, spinal injury, vertigo are not permitted to participate
Maximum weight is 120kg
All bookings will always require an adult ticket regardless of the child’s age.
Children (8-10yrs): An adult is required to climb as a supervisor with this age group (ticket required)
Gloves must be purchased at the park

Cancellation

Change your booking up to 7 days before the start time of your experience
Changes are not permitted within 7 days of your experience
Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience

Weather

This experience will still go ahead in the event of light rain or light wind. If the experience provider does have to cancel the climb due to poor weather, you will be rescheduled by the experience provider directly.

Dress Code

Closed toe shoes are required. Comfortable clothing for outdoor physical activity. Wet weather clothing, sunscreen and/or insect repellent.

Majura Pines Tree Ropes Course

We were gifted this experience and the vouchers came through individually. I attempted to redeem all four however, only the adults were confirmed. This caused an issue that required me to call red balloon in order to have my kids join the experience. I was informed that I should have added the kids to the adult booking (not quite sure how I was meant to do that and it wasn't obvious). While redballoon sorted the issue, having been on the phone with them for 40mins, we missed the start of our experience. We were fortunate that Majura pines was super accommodating and move is into the next session. The experience itself was great however, the process to redeem these vouchers individually was frustrating as it wasn't a 'family voucher' and the need to redeem the children with the adult wasn't clear. I'd absolutely recommend the experience, just don't go through red balloon for a voucher.
