Previously was a great experience, not anymore

We were given this experience as we have really enjoyed it in the past. But we just exchanged it for another restaurant because they have cut the value again, no longer including our favourite ribs dish, and also removing their nice garlic bread. I notice they have also removed nicer items on their other offers too.

I had ordered the ultimate steakhouse experience in Canberra and the restaurant cannot give the best service and the food was serve quickly and our table was located in the corner where there is a big post of the building. The staff neglected us and even they cannot give us a big bowl to put the pork ribs bones and it is cold welcome. I’m disappointed and I’m not going to buy another one in the future with these purchases it is not worth it especially in Canberra and the restaurant knows that it is our second visit and we felt unwelcome.
