Spend an afternoon driving along secluded beaches in a comfortable 4WD, before fishing with your feet bare in the sand, sipping a cold drink and watching the orange sun set over the Indian Ocean. What could be better!
Your experience will depart from Hillarys Marina, where you'll be driven north to the beach. Along the way, it’s not unusual to see emus, kangaroos, wedge-tail eagles and bobtail lizards! After a quick stop to deflate the tyres for the sand, you'll be driven over the dunes and onto the beach. You might be lucky enough to spot dolphins and seals on the journey!
Once your guide has found the perfect fishing spot, settle down for the evening and enjoy a beer or glass of wine, along with some light snacks. You're welcome to bring a picnic with you if you wish! These beaches offer world-class fishing for species such as herring, tailor, mulloway, sharks, shovelnose and more. You can choose to either catch and release, or keep your catch and have it filleted ready for cooking. You'll get back to Hillarys Marina at around midnight, with your fish and a whole new set of skills!
