Your experience begins with an hour long walking tour around the various ponds and locations on the farm during which you will get to feed the barra, check-in at the growing ponds and take part in a masterclass on how to fillet a fish. You will witness hand-harvesting of the barramundi by an experienced and professional team and then go and try to catch and release your own at the big Barra Pond, an important part of the process where you get to check the wirght and health of the fish. The crew will be with you every step of the way to inform, illuminate and share their secret tips on how to land these big, silver beauties.
Best of all your experience culminates with a delicious gourmet tasting platter, showcasing award-winning produce prepared in a range of styles including sashimi, gyoza, battered, grilled and smoked.
