Enjoy an action-packed day on the pristine waters of Broome, with the longest operating and most experienced charters. Head out with your family or friends, and try your luck catching quality tablefish for dinner, or earn bragging rights by landing great fighting sports fish!
After being picked up from your accommodation around 7 a.m., you’ll be transferred to your departure point for the day, Gantheume Beach or Entrance Point. Next, hop onboard the amphibious tender which will transfer you to the 65ft fishing vessel, 'Contessa C', ideal for a great day out on the water. Heading out anywhere between 20 to 40 nautical miles offshore, you’ll be able to fish in several different areas throughout the day. With all the gear included, all you have to do is have loads of fun and immerse yourself in this incredible fishing experience.
Some of the species you may see include Coral Trout, Red Emperor, Black Snapper, Crimson Snapper, Saddletail Seaperch, Golden Snapper, Rankin Cod, Giant Trevally and Golden Trevally. You will also spend some time trolling lures for Tuna and Spanish Mackerel. The crew will clean your catch and pack it straight on ice to give you the best quality fish to take home. All undersized or unwanted fish are immediately returned to the water to increase survival rates and promote the sustainability of fisheries.
Contessa C fishes 14 lines at a time, but can take up to 25 passengers for group bookings.
All guests on board must be paying guests, whether they want to participate in fishing or not.
This tour is very rarely rescheduled due to imminent weather. If the weather impacts the experience of the guests, then the tour will be rescheduled. In the event that the guest cannot make the rescheduled time, a full refund is offered.
Please bring along a camera, hat, sunglasses, comfortable clothing, enclosed shoes are not mandatory, BYO alcohol if you wish (esky and ice is provided for your drinks) and sea sick medication if required.
