After lunch in Lorne, cruise along the spectacular road stopping at many scenic spots including Kennett River where you can see koalas and many colourful native birds in the wild. After Apollo Bay, drive into the Great Otway National Park taking you on a walk through a cool temperate rainforest gully to see the world's tallest flowering plants and prehistoric trees. Your private self-contained villa at Beacon Point is set high on a hill overlooking the Southern Ocean. Enjoy dinner at the famous Chris's located at Beacon Point.

After breakfast, your second day journey starts travelling through the Otway ranges and onto Shipwreck Coast. The first stop is Castle Cove overlooking the Aire river valley followed by the icons of Australia, The 12 Apostles. Arrive as the stacks are lit with the morning sun making them perfect for photos and crowd free. After hearing of the creation of the stacks and holding some of the limestone rock, you can explore the boardwalks. Visit Loch Ard Gorge, the site of the most famous 19th century Australian shipwreck while holding some original artefacts? from the treasure chests. Port Campbell is your lunch stop for today. After lunch, travel to a lesser known but highly impressive area of the Great Ocean Road west of Port Campbell.
