When we returned the bike and helmet, it was placed into a crate and I witnessed someone just grab a helmet and give it to another person directly from the same crate. Also my snorkel was broken. When I tried to contact red balloon for clarification nobody got back to me until 3 days after my experience. No contact information for the actual provider (in this case, I later figured out after calling two other companies, Rottnest Express). Need some more information regarding times, procedures on the day and contact information.
★★★★★ ★★★★★ Great Snorkelling at Rotto Ann 17 February 2020 Only half an hour from Fremantle by Rottnest Explorer. We received our bikes and snorkel gear from the boat upon docking at Rottnest. We actually forgot to get our snorkel gear when we got off. I think it could be clearer where to get these from. Bikes were pretty obvious, but there was no comment or reminder about picking up snorkelling gear, and we didn't see it on display either. We had to wait until the next ferry came in before we could go back and receive our gear. However, once we had it we were off biking around the island. If you aren't particularly fit, it can be pretty hard work getting around. Personally, next time, I would hire an electric bike on the island itself. We found a lovely little beach to snorkel at, and it didn't disappoint. Plenty of fish to be seen just off the beach, and a variety of them as well. All in all, it was a great day!

The bikes were a spectacular way to self pace your island adventure and so many beautiful snorkelling spots to explore. The ferry rides were comfortable and on time.
