From here, you'll head off to sample fresh Afghan bread paired with pomegranate juice. Along the way your guide will introduce you to Persian and Afghan customs, Merryland’s locals and its migrant history of how such restaurants and businesses came to be. Soon after, expect to be engorged with lahmacun, Turkish pizza, Persian saffron rice and kebab samples followed by a plate of juicy Mantu, Afghani dumplings drizzled in yogurt. If you are worried about being too full, you can opt to be taken to the local markets for in-depth look at the intricacies of Middle-Eastern culture through its produce and ingredients.
