Kickstart your day with a breakfast tour of South Australia’s culinary icon established in 1869, the Adelaide Central Market. Food lovers will enjoy discovering the precinct's history, local produce and stalls all while sampling gourmet bites. The tour concludes with a hot beverage.
This early riser tour kicks off with your choice of the market's best expresso, brewed tea or thick hot chocolate. While you sip and enjoy, watch the marketplace come to life as the breakfast rush begins. Designed by one of South Australia's known food experts, Mark Gleeson, this tour is made for food lovers alike. Meet the local artisan producers and suppliers while sampling a mouth-watering selection of food as you go. Having been open since 1869, learn about the marketplace's rich history and listen to personal stories of those whose families have traded there for generations. This small group tour is hosted by local guides and is serious fun for those with a passion for great food, and the people who grow and supply it to our tables. We allow 1 hour for breakfast before a 90min tour - total duration approx 2.5hrs.
This tour requires a minimum of two guests to go ahead, and can be booked for up to 20 guests.

We understand life gets busy, which is why all vouchers and gift cards purchased have a 5-year expiry. The only exception to our expiry terms is if the experience has already been booked in. We honour the purchase price of our experiences for 18 months. If you book your experience after this time and the price of the experience increases you can either pay the difference or exchange it for another experience free of charge.
