Live your dream and feel the exhilaration as you take the controls and experience flight from the pilot seat. On this very special flight, your pilot can take the controls and show you some aerobatics!
In a Cessna 152, with an expert Instructor beside you, you will taxi out to the runway, pilot the aircraft during take off and actually fly - WOW! You can even ask for some hair raising aerobatics! This is not just a joy flight - this is considered your very first lesson! Your Airline Pilot in a 747 started the same way! It all begins with your pre-flight briefing. Your Instructor will explain the aircraft controls, and outline the fundamentals of piloting a light aircraft. You will taxi the aircraft out onto the runway, pilot it during take off and fly! Weather permitting, your instructor may take over the controls and show the world from up side down! Loops, barrel rolls and stall turns will give you the chance to see the sights from a new perspective. Your Trial Introductory Flight is your very first entry into your Pilot Log Book if you choose to continue to fly so it could well be the start of a life long love or even a career. This is an experience not to be missed.
There is a minimum age of 13 years for all participants and a maximum weight of 115kg.
Once this experience has been confirmed changes are at the discretion of the experience provider and arranged directly with them according to their policy.
You will fly one on one with your instructor.
This experience is weather dependent. The experience providers will not fly in the event of rain, low cloud or strong winds. It is advised that you call the day of the flight to check conditions. On the day, should the flight not be possible, you will be rescheduled for a later date.
Participants must wear closed in shoes and sunglasses.
Participant name and address is required by law. This flight record will be the first entry to go towards a full pilot’s licence if you wish to pursue a pilot training program.
