If you've ever dreamt getting behind the controls of a helicopter, now is your chance! This introductory flight will allow you to fly a Robinson R22 helicopter under the guidance of a professional pilot. Get a taste of what flying's like in a dual controlled chopper for an exhilarating 30 minutes.
To the chopper! If you’ve ever dreamt of flying a helicopter, this training flight is for you. Complete a 25 minute pre flight briefing to get you ready for the controls. But don’t worry you’ll be in a dual controlled Robinson R22 helicopter so your instructor can take the controls at any point, should you need it.
The training flight will actually go for half an hour, your instructor will help you to climb, descend and hover! And take the controls for some tricks, of course. Impress your family and friends watching from the viewing area with your new found skills. A day to remember forever.
Maximum passenger weight and height for the Robinson 22 is 95kg and 190cm (those over this limit can pilot the larger R44 Helicopter at extra cost).
