Hands-On Trial Flight Experience in Perth - 1 Hour

• Allow approximately one hour and 45 minutes for the full experience
• Includes up to one hour of flight time
• Please arrive 30 minutes before the scheduled flight time
• Flight duration may vary slightly due to weather, air traffic and operational requirements

Each aircraft has specific operating limitations, including maximum occupant weight requirements. Please provide an accurate weight at the time of booking so we can allocate a suitable aircraft for your flight. Where the aircraft assigned for the experience is not suitable, an alternative aircraft may be offered subject to availability. Any applicable difference in cost will be confirmed and arranged before the flight.

• Participants must be in good general health and able to safely enter and exit a light aircraft
• Participants must follow all instructions given by the flight instructor
• Please consult your doctor before booking if you are unsure about your suitability to fly
• Please advise Wingman Academies in advance of any medical condition, recent surgery or mobility limitation that may affect participation
• Participants who are prone to motion sickness should advise the instructor before the flight
• Flying under the influence of alcohol or drugs is strictly prohibited
• Loose items may not be taken into the cockpit unless approved by the instructor
• Participants under 18 require written consent from a parent or legal guardian
• The flight route, duration and aircraft type are subject to weather, air traffic, aircraft availability and operational requirements
• All flights are conducted at the discretion of the pilot in command

• Bookings may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice
• Changes requested within 48 hours of the scheduled experience are not permitted
• Late arrivals may result in a shortened flight or forfeiture of the experience
• Failure to attend without notice will result in forfeiture of the experience
• Weather-related cancellations will be rescheduled at no additional charge

This experience is valid for one participant. Only the booked participant may enter the aircraft unless another arrangement has been approved in advance.

Spectators are welcome and may watch the aircraft depart and return from the designated viewing area. Access to operational areas is restricted, and all visitors must follow staff instructions. Spectator access may be limited due to safety or airport operations.

Flights are weather dependent and may be delayed, shortened, rerouted or rescheduled if conditions are unsuitable. Wingman Academies will contact you if a change is required. Weather-related changes are made for safety and do not result in the loss of the experience.

Wear comfortable, weather-appropriate clothing and enclosed, flat shoes. Avoid high heels, loose scarves, bulky jackets, hats and unsecured accessories. Sunglasses are recommended.

Bookings must be made at least 12 hours in advance. The participant’s accurate weight must be provided when booking. Final aircraft allocation is subject to aircraft availability and operational requirements.
