Enjoy a one-hour and 45-minute hands-on trial flight above Perth with expert guidance and coastal and sweeping city skyline views from the cockpit.
Set aside one hour and 45 minutes to step into the cockpit and discover what it takes to fly a light aircraft over Perth. Your session begins with a pre-flight safety and controls briefing, where your qualified instructor runs through the key instruments, basic handling and what to expect once you’re airborne.
Next comes your one-hour guided trial flight, where you’ll gain hands-on experience at the controls. Seated beside your instructor, you’ll pilot the aircraft under expert guidance as you practise smooth turns, climbs and descents. Enjoy sweeping views of Perth’s skyline and coastline while you feel how the aircraft responds to your inputs, with your instructor keeping the flight running smoothly and comfortably.
No previous experience is required, making this an ideal gift for yourself or someone special who’s keen to spend time in the pilot’s seat. After landing, you’ll wrap up with a post-flight debrief, time for questions, and the chance to take photos with the aircraft to remember your flight by.
Spectators can watch you take off and land from the launch site.
In extreme weather conditions the experience may be cancelled if safety is a concern; you will be contacted by the experience provider and rescheduled.
Please wear comfortable weather appropriate clothing and closed toe shoes and avoid loose accessories, high heels, bulky jackets or hats.
