Engage, explore and indulge your senses at St Hugo Wines, located within the ruins of the historic William Jacob’s winery. Be welcomed with a refreshing glass of champagne on arrival before embarking on a guided tour of the estate, learning about Hugo Gramp's inspiring legacy and the winemaking processes of some of your favourite varietals. The tour concludes in the underground wine cellar where your host will set out to prove how glassware influences the taste and sensory enjoyment of wine. Enjoy four comparative wine tastings using acclaimed glassware by Riedel and uncover the impact for yourself.

The estate tour is conducted outside. In the case of inclement weather a history tour inside the building will be provided.
