Explore the intricate world of grape characteristics, learning how each contributes to the final masterpiece. You’ll get to experiment with various blending ratios until you discover the ideal combination that delights your palate. Throughout the process, savour the knowledge and the delightful aroma of the winemaking journey.
Once you’re happy with your blend, the staff will bottle it up for you to take home - a cherished memento of your winemaking prowess. Of course, you’ll get to indulge in a glass or two throughout the winemaking process. Whether you're a seasoned connoisseur or just starting on your wine journey, this unique blending class is the perfect experience to enjoy in Pokolbin.
This is a 90 minute hands-on blending experience, operating daily at 10:30am, excluding public holidays.
The minimum number of participants is 2 and the maximum is 10.
Spectators are not permitted due to limited space.
This event is indoors and unaffected by the weather.
Casual, comfortable clothes, and closed shoes are required.
