However due to medical reasons I wasn't able to do the tour or tastings. When I spoke with the staff and just explained I could only do the meal they were not invasive about why they just said that is fine. The staff spoke with the kitchen and had our meals done earlier than having to wait for the rest of the tour. This service and respect was something you rarely witness these days and is an absolute credit to the team to acknowledge awareness of peoples needs that can change. The food was exceptional and the service was world class. Thank you to Sirromet wines and their professional team for making it such an enjoyable day that was so comfortable for me that was much needed. The winery tour and tasting were absolutely fantastic. The gentleman who ran it was excellent. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the experience both informative and enjoyable. Unfortunately, the lunch that followed was disappointing. All three of us found the meals to be quite below average, and they did not match the quality of the wine and tour. I honestly think I might get a better meal at the hospital. I had been considering your venue as a potential location for my wedding, but based on the food we were served, I am hesitant to come back. It is a shame because the overall setting and wine experience were great. I really hope the food offering can be improved, as it would make the entire visit exceptional. Although we've visited Sirromet many times for A Day on the Green, it had been years since we explored the winery itself. The tour was relaxed, informative, and offered fascinating insights into the winemaking process. The tasting session featured a variety of wines, for various palettes. After the tour, we sat down for a nicetwo-course lunch, paired with a glass of wine. The setting was lovely, the food was enjoyable, and the service was friendly and efficient. Gay 13 August 2025 We had a lovely day out at Sirromet, from the moment we walked in, we were greeted by the friendly staff and told about everything we needed to know. The wine tour was great, the guide was very knowledgeable. The wine tasting was also with the same guide and wines were lovely. Then on to lunch on the deck and the food was divine, we had a salad, chicken then desert and food was exceptional. The lawns were packed with people enjoying the burgers and pizzas on offer, lots commented the food was great. We will definitely be back!
