Guidelines

• Participants must be 18 years and over to consume alcohol; photo ID may be required
• The experience provider reserves the right to decline any booking request
• No accommodation may be used for functions, parties or events, and all bookings are for personal use only and are non transferable
• Guests must use the accommodation in an orderly, lawful manner and must not engage in any conduct that may cause damage, loss, or harm to any person, property, or reputation associated with the accommodation
• Inappropriate behaviour, or disturbance to other guests and neighbours through loud music, noise, or otherwise, is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate eviction without refund
• The use of outdoor areas is not permitted between 9pm and 7am unless otherwise agreed by Hotel Management
• Participants are responsible for any loss or damage to the premises or its contents and must report any damage promptly
• Items removed from the hotel, including robes, slippers, towels, or amenities, will be charged to the nominated credit card
• Maximum of two guests permitted in each room
• The experience provider will use the credit card provided at time of booking to process any outstanding amounts following a guest’s departure
• Credit card verification and a pre authorisation amount of $200 will be required by each room to guarantee any incidental charges
• The Pool Deck is open to guests from 7am to 5pm, and use of the pool is subject to the policies displayed on signage at the Pool Deck entrances
• Children under the age of 18 are to be supervised by an adult at all times
• No pets permitted
• This is a strictly non smoking venue, and any evidence of smoking in guest rooms or on the property will incur a $500 specialised cleaning fee to remove odours
• A charge of $50 will be charged to your credit card for any lost keys
• A $200 call out fee will apply if Management or Security are required outside reception hours, including for lost keys or noise disturbances
• No refunds apply for events beyond the property’s control, including weather events, power outages, transport disruptions, civil unrest, or other force majeure circumstances
• The property is located in a suburban area and is not responsible for noise from neighbouring construction or activities

Cancellation

• Change your booking up to 7 days before the start time of your experience
• Changes are not permitted within 7 days of your experience
• Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience
