Venture out to Coldstream, just over an hour's drive from Melbourne, for a special occasion, a romantic adventure or an unforgettable day trip. Upon arrival, you’ll begin an exceptional wine tasting of five quality cool climate estate wines, including hand-picked Pinot Noir and Chardonnay.

Learn along the way about this unique region and the winemaking process from the knowledgeable team. Soak up sights of the banks of the Yarra River and 75 acres of rolling vines and bushland from your hilltop vantage point in the heart of the region. Then, take your seat in the dining space for a delicious, long lunch with warm hospitality. Savour three courses, crafted with seasonal ingredients, paired to complement the wine selection, with surreal views of this stunning Victorian Valley.

  • This experience is two hours in duration including a 30 minute tasting and a 90 minute lunch
  • Lunch is available from 11am to 3pm
