    Why You'll Love This

    What's Included?

Are you ready to experience flight in a Nanchang CJ-6A military aircraft? Whether you prefer mild or wild, we have the flight for you!

When you arrive, you'll be briefed and our staff will answer any queries you have. If aerobatic operations are your desire, then we will explain the various moves and what forces you'll experience. You also have the option of being kitted out in a flight suit.

You'll be flying in the back seat of a Nanchang CJ-6A. Your pilot will be sitting in front of you. The Nanchang CJ-6A is a radial engine aircraft that is still the main training aircraft for the Peoples Liberation Army Air Force (Chinese Air Force). The next step from a Nanchang for a Chinese pilot is into a fighter jet. One version of the aircraft was configured for ground attack roles. It is powered by a 10 litre supercharged radial engine. This produces a wonderful sound, often described as the V8 of aircraft engines. You'll get to experience the sights and sounds familiar to pilots during the second World War.

Once airborne, the choice of moves is up to you. If mild is your thing, you can experience the sights and sounds of a military aircraft whilst we follow the Tamar River with sweeping turns and fantastic views.

If wild is your choice, we start off with a couple of non-aerobatic moves, chandelles and wing-overs, to ensure that you are happy to continue, then we climb to a suitable altitude and conduct a range of moves from loops, slow loops, half Cubans, Cuban eights, barrel rolls, roll off the top etc. You will feel up to four times the force of gravity at various points.

Afterwards, we descend to 500 feet above ground level for attack maneuvering before returning to the airport for a combat approach sequence as a finale. Then it's time to land and return for a debrief.

At this point, we'll review the on-board video footage of your flight. This footage will be edited to produce a DVD of your flight experience to show all your friends and family.
