I Have been on it 3 times previous and taken different people ... We (3) Travelled from Interstate and was happy to add to the Calendar ... Wednesday 16th April received an email from Journey Beyond cancelling 2 days out due to Boat issues ... It happens i realize, but was cynical due to only 2 days notice, being a Good Friday Lunch (costs, resources, wages) and then i was told to rebook to another date or ask for refund ... Clearly being interstate i asked for a refund, took a while in itself, its 26/4 now and refund finally orgd but still waiting for my money to hit my account ... Honestly, having done a few cruises on the harbour with other operators over the years, my expectations were low. So we were both pleasantly surprised at the friendliness of the staff, the quality of the food and the overall relaxed atmosphere of the entire experience. The boat was spacious and in very good order and the route taken by the Captain allowed us to take in all the spectacular aspects of the harbour. Would highly recommend this experience! I made a booking for 2, though I was stood up so I still went to feel the experience. The staff were amazing and catered for my needs. Because I paid for 2, the staff asked if I wanted to have the second food in a takeaway container. I didn't think this was necessary so I said no. They then brought out a platter board with an assortments of meat and cheese. The views are incredible. The boat is immaculate and I made some new friends.

The food was exceptional & there was a premium selection of beer & wine included. The staff were fabulous friendly & efficient especially Thalita & Jack so welcoming. We had a wonderful view of sights around the harbour a great day & I would love to go again .
